You can collect any items ordered online from one of our stores. You will be asked which store you wish to collect from when placing your order. We will confirm your order by email. Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your chosen store within 2-7 days. We will contact you to confirm collection.

Reserve Online

If you have chosen an item to reserve online, we will confirm your reservation by email. Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your chosen store within 2-7 days. We will contact you to confirm collection. You will pay for your item upon collection. Your item will be held for you instore for 7 days.

Our Price Match Promise

We always aim to offer competitive prices, however if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we will match that price in-store.

The product must be in stock on the competitor’s website, be brand new, exactly the same model, specification, size and colour, and if it is a bike, must be delivered in a fully built, ready to ride condition. The competitor’s price is calculated including any delivery charges. Please note our price match does not apply to marketplace or auction sites.

To claim your price match, please bring in evidence of this lower price. Our staff will visit the website to check it meets the conditions above, and we will be happy to match that price. We will even honour this up to 7 days after your purchase.

To price match an online purchase, please email a link to the cheaper price to: sales@moorescycles.co.uk before making your purchase. We will then contact you to confirm the price match.
