Our Price Match Promise

We always aim to offer competitive prices, however if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we will match that price in-store.

The product must be in stock on the competitor’s website, be brand new, exactly the same model, specification, size and colour, and if it is a bike, must be delivered in a fully built, ready to ride condition. The competitor’s price is calculated including any delivery charges. Please note our price match does not apply to marketplace or auction sites.

To claim your price match, please bring in evidence of this lower price. Our staff will visit the website to check it meets the conditions above, and we will be happy to match that price. We will even honour this up to 7 days after your purchase.

Free Delivery On All Orders Over £30**

Bike Delivery: All our bikes are supplied fully assembled, safety checked, and ready to ride, whether purchased through our shops or online. For this reason we do not use couriers or deliver partially-assembled boxed bikes. We make all deliveries in our own vehicle. We deliver free of charge to selected addresses**. Please use our postcode checker below **Excludes London post codes within the new ULEZ zone. The daily ULEZ charge of £12.50 applies to all deliveries within the zone if made by van**

Accessory & Scooter Delivery: We deliver accessories and scooters free to any UK mainland address on all orders over £30. A £6.99 shipping charge will apply to all orders below £30.
